1. Our commitment to you
For Guided Cohort: if you complete 90% of daily protocols and attend all four live sessions, but see zero measurable improvement across your chosen pillars, we'll refund your cohort fee (£349). Why? Because if you execute consistently and nothing changes, the system failed—not you.
Refund requests must include completed scoreboard data and attendance verification.
2. Eligibility for refund (Guided Cohort)
To be eligible for a refund of the Guided Cohort fee (£349), you must:
- Complete 90% or more of daily protocols
- Attend all four live sessions
- Demonstrate zero measurable improvement using scoreboard data
- Provide scoreboard data and attendance proof with your request
Refunds are not available for partial completion or "didn't feel like it" scenarios.
3. Membership
Membership (£39/month or £390/year) is billed on a recurring basis. Refund eligibility for membership is governed by the terms you accept at sign-up. For questions about membership cancellations or refunds, contact us.
